I know its not related to SD but it is my personal prob and i wanna share it with you.I GOT MY PERIOD!!!I know i am only 10 but what the heck i got it intense bleedng man.I am so scared so i need your tips and advice.
Use a tampon so if you ever bleed it will suck it up and it won't stain. Just be relaxed! You'll probably live with this for a while. Not so sure how long it will last. But just stay calm! Nothing will happen.. If you stay scared then this will be your biggest fear in life when your like 97 years old and your scared of blood! Stay calm and don't worry!!
